Large-displacement exhaust unit with a mechanical booster combined with it
The general-purpose vacuum pump GVS-500B is used as the roughing pump. Combining a scroll device and a mechanical booster, the unit is compact despite its large displacement. Equipped with wheels, the unit is easy to move.

Clean exhaust and vacuum
Since an oil-free scroll vacuum pump is used, clean exhaust can be obtained and there is no need to worry about back-diffusion of lubricating oil.

Ease of operation and energy saving
The unit allows the roughing pump and booster pump to start simultaneously at the touch of a button.
When fast pumping speed is not necessary, the scroll vacuum pump can be operated individually as well by using the ON/OFF switch of the booster.
Switching the operation mode as necessary offers energy savings.

Do not use toxic, explosive, flammable or corrosive substances or substances which contain chemicals, solvents or particles. ANEST IWATA will not perform maintenance work on pumps which have used special gases or other hazardous substances.
Use at ambient temperature in the range of 5°c to 40°c.
